Íntimo is a boutique chef-driven restaurant designed to be enjoyed without rush, where every detail — the atmosphere, the service, and the rhythm of the experience — invites connection and meaningful moments shared at ease.

Our essence comes to life around a 12-seat bar, an intimate and carefully curated space where the chef cooks in front of you, guides the experience, and creates a direct connection with each guest. We also offer a private dining room for up to 20 guests, ideal for exclusive gatherings, celebrations, and meetings in a warm, discreet, and welcoming setting.

Our cuisine is rooted in respect for ingredients, technique, and balance of flavors. Each dish is crafted to be enjoyed slowly and in good company.

Every preparation is presented and explained as part of the experience, allowing guests to understand the ingredients, processes, and decisions behind each creation. At Íntimo, food is not simply served — it is shared, discussed, and lived as part of a memorable moment.
